Our partners, Greg Clark and Matthew Bleakley are well known and have a reputation as being trusted advisors when it comes to business and tax issues. They are members of the National Tax & Accountant’s Association (NTAA).
Greg Clark B.Bus, CPA, JP has been a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) for over 20 years.
Born and bred in Byron Bay he is passionate about helping local businesses succeed. Greg is an expert in managing the finances and taxes of small and medium sized businesses. Throughout his career he has also held the senior positions of Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer of large public companies. He is results driven and always keen to ensure his clients get the best results.
Greg is a life member of the Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club and the current Club treasurer. He previously held the position of Director of Finance for the Far North Coast Branch Surf Life Saving Inc. He is also the current Treasurer for the Byron District Sports Foundation and the Bangalow Chamber of Commerce.

After working for a large mid-tier firm on the Gold Coast Matt completed his Chartered Accountants program in 2011, resulting in a first in State Merit award in the Taxation module. Since working locally, Matt has enjoyed the entrepreneurial flair that seems to flourish in the Byron Shire.
Matt has extensive experience in SMSF administration, small business taxation and structuring. As a Xero Certified Partner, he has assisted many clients to embrace new technologies dramatically reducing their time spent on the compliance burdens of today’s tax system, giving them more time to concentrate on the aspects of the business that they enjoy.
Matt has the ability to see the big picture and has become an integral member of his clients businesses, whether they are large international corporations, sole traders or high net worth individuals.
An avid (but ageing) rugby player, and with a passion for the 50’s & 60’s era, Matt is slowly replacing the rugby field for the dance floor. He and the family often take their ’63 Holden for a cruise to Rock ‘n Roll festivals all over the east coast.

Clare is The Office’s practice manager. With over 20 years’ experience in varying administrative environments – primarily in the financial services industry – Clare’s role is to ensure that things run smoothly in The Office.
Clare takes pride in her efficiency, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. The skill-set that Clare brings to The Office compliments the extensive Taxation and Business knowledge of Directors Greg and Matt. She holds an Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies), a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and is also a Justice of the Peace.
Born and raised in Lismore, Clare is a member of a number of local sporting bodies and enjoys the art, music and food that the Northern Rivers has to offer.

Adam is currently studying at Southern Cross University in Lismore. Adam is in the process of completing his third year in a Bachelor of Business Degree – Majoring in Accountancy. He is planning to obtain his Certified Practising Accounting (CPA) status after gaining his Bachelor of Business Degree.
Adam is hardworking and can also be spotted working at the Beach Hotel in Byron Bay on weekends. He is an avid tennis player and also enjoys playing cricket, running and the gym. He is an active member of the Byron Bay Surf Life Saving Club and a current patrol Vice Captain.
